Who are we, and what do we stand for? Glad you asked. Concept Design, LLC was founded in 2020 by Joel Clark and Ahren Rhoden with a shared vision for a Residential Design company built on Exceptional Service, Community Stewardship, Ethical Profitability, and Passionate Creativity.
With deep-rooted expertise in their respective fields, Joel and Ahren established a company culture focused on excellence, adaptability, and continuous improvement. While Joel retired in 2025 to focus on his growing family, his foundational influence remains a guiding force in our approach to design and client service.
This driving force pushes us to excellence. However, staying true to our goals requires regular reflection. We continuously evaluate our operations and seek feedback from employees, partners, and clients. Through this ongoing dialogue, we refine our processes, improve our products, and ensure that our work aligns with the principles on which Concept Design was built.
