Electrical Plans
Electrical plans provide a visual representation of where the lights, light switches, socket outlets, and appliances are located in the home and how electrical items and wires are connected. Plans may also include Internet connections & home security systems
Landscaping Plans
Landscape designs are primarily used to plan the layout for an outdoor area, providing a basic visual representation of a site. Landscape plans include natural elements such as lawn furniture, fountains, and sheds. The plan can also help in the decision-making process for selecting materials, giving the property owner and landscape contractor better tools for cost estimation.
HVAC Plans
Heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) plans to show how the heating and cooling system of a building will be placed, installed, and maintained.
Plumbing
There is a rough plumbing plan included in the floor plans that shows the symbols and locations of the kitchen and bath fixtures. However, the location of where the pipes come into the house is site-specific and not included in the plans. Plans for plumbing systems mainly include drawings for water supply systems, drainage systems, irrigation systems, and stormwater systems. A water supply system drawing will show hot water piping, cold water piping, and hot water return piping.
