Katrina Petty

Katrina Petty is the Director of Operations at Concept Design, LLC, where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the design studio, along with assisting clients with obtaining building permits, creating marketing content, and handling finances.

Katrina has a passion for helping others and providing excellent customer service. She is always looking for ways to improve the client experience and has practical conflict resolution skills to ensure that clients are satisfied with the services that Concept Design, LLC provides. As Operations Director, Katrina provides leadership, coordination, organization, and management to ensure the successful, cost-effective, timely, and safe processing of Concept Design LLC’s clients and partners.

Her expertise includes business management, event planning, marketing, and graphic design. She is also self-motivated and has an inner hunger to learn, grow, explore, and hone her skills.

Katrina was raised in Whatcom County and earned an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Whatcom Community College, focusing on Hospitality and Tourism Business Management. Additionally, she obtained a certificate in Quickbooks. During her time as a student at WCC, Katrina held the position of Special Events Coordinator on the campus Program and Diversity Board. Fun fact: she was part of the team that organized the Macklemore performance at WCC!

Katrina is a mother of three lively, cheerful children: Blayne, Zoey, and Sterling, and two ducks, Skurt-Skurt (Mallard) and Goblet (Indian Runner).
