We will schedule a time to visit your location to create your record drawings. We will take detailed measurements, along with notes of your existing structures will be taken. The details of your as-built structure are then imported into our software to analyze what and where we can make the changes you need. This critical step is at the start of your journey to your new home. It will ensure that you can design your requests accurately.

We typically visit your property twice to measure and photograph the structure (interior and exterior) and assess the proposed structure’s impact on the existing structure and site.
