Joel Clark

Joel Clark is the Cheif Design Officer and co-owner of Concept Design, LLC. In this role, Joel
looks to lead a team providing all design aspects. Along with the permitting process, including
client consultation, design, and complete permit plans.

Joel is no stranger to the construction industry. Having spent his time since 2003 consulting and
designing for a Bellingham-based design-build company. He worked closely with clients,
construction professionals, and municipalities to accomplish a complete plan and permit to build
from.

When Joel Clark is not in the office drawing plans and consulting with clients and his team, Joel
loves to get outside and hike, enjoying a local craft IPA on the trails of Washington. When the
the day is done, and the sun is down, he enjoys hanging out with his best friend and wife, Leslie,
and their two cats, Leo and Henry, in their home in Mount Vernon, along with the occasional
online video game.
